of cylindrical form, the body painted with flowering cherry trees and peonies against a yellow ground, two brilliantly plumed birds standing amidst the foliage, the wide flared rim gilded and decorated with an arabesque design, underglazed Imperial Cypher of Alexander II on base, height: 59.7 cm (23 1/2 in.)
